How do you use your Mailbox

By creating a free your Mykankan account, you get automatically a Mailbox number.

You need to activate your Voicemail after creating your account.It is not possible

to access the Voicemail system by you or by our callers if your Voicemail Box is not active.

Format of the Voice Mailbox number

Your VoiceMailbox number is your Userpin inserted with 11 after the MyKanKan prefix 994.

 Suppose your Userpin is 994XXXXXX, your Mailbox will be 99411XXXXXX.

Since the Voice Mailbox is build on Asterisk, additional info of the Voice Mailbox l

ayout will be found on the asterisk site.

Access your Voice Mailbox

You may call your Mailbox from your account to get your new Voicemails,

or to configure your Voicemail Box.

By Calling Your Voice Mailbox from your own account you don't need to authenticate.

By Calling From another account you need to authenticate with your accountid.

You will optionally get your Voicemails forwarded to your email account if

your correct eMail adresse is specified in your Voice Mailbox Settings.

From your email account you can play your Voicemail with any GSM capable Music Player.

Setting your Voice Mailbox

Your Mailbox is not activated by default. You need to activate it

after creating your account. Login to your Callme Web interface and set Voicemail to active.

Your Voice Mailbox support 5 Language: English, German, French, Spain, Portuguese.

Login to your Callme Web interface and chose your Voice Mailbox Language.
